Terms of Use
The rules for using Action Driven apps, in plain language. Purchases are handled by Apple under its standard licence agreement.
Agreement
These terms apply to every app Action Driven publishes on the App Store. By downloading or using one of our apps you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs apps from the App Store. If the two differ, Apple's agreement applies.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are made through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details.
Where an app offers a subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Only use our apps with content you have the right to use. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or misuse the apps or the services they connect to.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable but cannot guarantee they will be error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the latest version.
